Material or bodily winter. Exclusion, illness, a thin wallet, being outside a warmth you can see. The disruption is real. So is the possibility that the door was never tried, or was tried and failed.

IN LOVE: A cold patch: distance, hardship, caretaking fatigue. Share the cloak. Do not perform stained-glass romance while someone freezes.
IN WORK: Job loss, underpay, a body that cannot work as before. This is not a lesson you failed. It is a winter. Seek the actual door.
IN SELF: You may be outside. That is not a verdict on your worth. Knock. If you are inside, look out.

REVERSED

The snow is easing, or the exclusion has gone so interior it no longer looks like weather — recovery beginning, or a private winter.

Blocked — the upright current exists and is dammed.
Internalized — the drama is inner rather than worldly.

Reversed Five of Pentacles can be help arriving. Blocked Five will not admit the cold. Inner Five is a secret hardship.
